Which do you think would be funnier for a character trying to become the next beloved children's cartoon character, and failing?

A. An anthropomorphic line whose claim to fame is that he appeared as a curtain rod in an episode of a Batman cartoon.

B. A dung beetle (using Jeff's ex girlfriend Summer as a representation, but could be either a male or female) Tag Line: "I was created to be the next Spongebob by a cartoonist who obviously subconsciously wants to fail!"

C. An extremely unlucky, one-legged, rabbit (they were born missing their lucky foot). Using Chopper from a failed cartoon pitch to represent, although it could be a male or female.

Let me know.

Thanks.

C. The bunny always wins.

I just noticed: what are those folds in the bunny's ears about a third of the way up?

The Dung Beetle - that poop emoji is strangely popular, but a character with Dung in their name might be a trifle offputting. I agree w/Mikey above: some TV exec might see the one-legged hopper as inclusive of & recognizing physically challenged people.

Trying and failing to become a children's cartoon character? The dung beetle, definitely. Male. Name: Coprophile Dungee. The line is too esoteric. As for a one-legged rabbit, I'd bet that one would actually sell. You should pitch that to Nickelodeon, seriously.

The line kinda reminds me of the paper clip thingy that Word used to use. (Clippy?) Anyway, if you come up with a catchy name and/or a sufficiently weird situation, any of the above could work. Woody Sticks It To The Man, Debbie the Dung Beetle Saves Mars, Hopalong Rabbity vs Evil Farmer Brown. But, if I have to choose just one, I'd go with the curtain rod.
