- Tier 3 ($10) Patrons can get 3 of these builds per month.
- Tier 4 ($15) Patrons can get 4 of these builds per month.

This is a fully-furnished modern house build that I made in 2020. It has since been updated interior-wise and converted so that Java and Bedrock players can download and play this world.
