Whenever I'm scrolling through movie choices on Roku, and I see "based on a true story" i can't skip to the next choice fast enough. That being said, when reading the comics, I always assume that they're based on reality--even like the last strip, where we're inside Norm's head. Also, I like the letters on the fridge. (Are 'A' and 'C' the only ones they can still find?) Anyway, we had them up when the kids were small, but it was me and my wife that used them for the most part. One of us would make some sentence with the letters, and then the other one would switch stuff around to mangle the meaning, etc, etc. Now, that's entertainment! ; )

I'm thoroughly convinced that people who don't know how to cook, unconsciously sabotage themselves when they try. Most of the simpler recipes are "season food, put into oven at X° temperature, cook for 40 minutes. Done." And they somehow screw that up.
