You’re one of the first programs to mention what I’ve been saying for years on paying back student loans. The cost of education has grown faster than wages. I think we wouldn’t necessarily be in such as bad a position on this if we have been able to keep up wages with productivity and ensure a college degree nets you a higher minimum wage than just a high school diploma gets you.
With a higher wage we also need to implement a federal quality of life program. This would make housing, food, healthcare, utilities, and even a basic income compulsory. We can still have these commodified, but there will be a basic level that everyone has, just being a living human being physically present in the United States.

Oh, Cecil. If you've been working for a nonprofit, you are eligible for the debt forgiveness program. 10 years of being enrolled in the program. As in your 10 years starts when you enroll in the program. Paperwork is a MF.

That volume/quality of work balance was taught to me in the project management classes I took. When putting a crew on overtime you have to consider that they won't be as efficient or as good, and after a pretty short amount of overtime it's more worth it to have a second crew.
