I'm not telling you how to do your fundraiser, but here's a list of good organizations some I've worked with personally: Mountain Access Brigade, National Network of Abortion Funds, Shout Your Abortion, Women Help Women US, Healthy and Free Tennessee, Choices: Memphis Center for Reproductive Health, and SisterReach.
