They're mostly biological. And yeah, they're pretty rare in this instance. Elemental Cows are easy to find. Normal Bulls, also somewhat easy to find. Elemental Ones? A tad harder. Those with a thunder/lightning aspect, even more so since thunder is one of the rarer elements in the first place.
