Felicia, arrogant hot headed mobsters daughter, with a bratty attitude!
Plonked on a chair and both tied and humiliated. Serves her right!
Oh! And for good measure, I added an alt version with a hood! Thats what you get for glaring at me with those nasty eyes Felicia!

Felicia was another OC that was suggested in the suggest-a-character post (though in Discord).
I always like tying up people who are jerks! In the reference she had a hair bun, and snazzy earrings too... I replaced them with a underpants and hose. I have no respect for the character design of characters who are suggested for me to tie up! :D
That makes 2 chair ties, and two chained people this month. Good to stay on theme! :)

I tried "painting" again here, just like in the previous Irene Lu, Star Light pic.
Its not really painting, as much as a different way of coloring, I guess... But it's definitely not my usual way of coloring.
My usual formula for coloring is basically a layer for shadows and a layer for highlights, and some additions to that. This time it was all a bit more loose.
It was neat to do something different with these two last pics, though this one filled me with even more angst about my own skills than usual :)
