Democracy VS the Doctor 20 - Totally Stuffed
Heyyy, I think she's done!
There were some great ideas for her final predicament, and this is what I came up with in the end.
A few people have been asking for more Institute pics, so I figured it'd be cool to do this more full-on Institute-y, as it's the nurses binding her up.
I don't know if I have to say this to you lot - but yeah, this is NOT something that'd work in real life. Upside down suspension isn't something that's possible for long (never mind all the other crazy stuff in this series...). But this is just a comic, so don't worry about it. It's just silly fantasies.
This ended up NOT being the final page though...!
I have one more page planned after this (with a little bit of extra predicament for the Doc). Then I'll do like a Prologue page, set before the entire series.
While doing that, I'll go through all the pages and make some little changes that have been bugging me (tiny stuff here and there), and then I'll put together like a pack of the entire thing.
So it's not quite done yet, but soon! :)

In the WIPs for this pic, I included a bunch of the sketch process. When doing this, and like all the old Insitute pics too, I tend to just kind of build everything piece by piece.
I dunno if the pics end up being more realistic because of it (doubt it), but it helps me figure out where everything goes.
The tech/contraptions in this (and again in all the Institute pics), is a good example for my rule of coloring; if two things have a fully drawn line between them, they have to be different colors.
When I don't separate colors like that, the coloring can often make a detailed pic look less detailed.
There's a little easter egg on the screen behind Pinky, that shows whose in the "cell" beside the Doctor.
It kind of hints a tiny bit to my plan for Jo in if/when I continue the "regular" institute series. :)
