2025-03-04 00:43:56 +0000 UTCThank you for sharing this with us Solar. I gotta be honest, there have been times where I couldn't control some things in my life and it frustrated the hell out of me. But it wasn't until I accepted that I couldn't control them did I finally feel better about it because it helped me to understand the idea of surrendering control and how freeing it felt to no longer worry about it. That analogy of filling a hot air balloon with things you can't control and let it fly away is a great analogy and I could probably use it whenever I need to surrender control.
