The Sigva is great because it has a rich bass, and still maintains a forward mid. It has air, separation, good imaging, the soundstage is natural, and wider/ deep on tracks with less bass. I usually don’t agree with DMS’s sound evaluations. He seems to like a more bright phone, and Bose. Lol! Everyone hears differently. I hear what Z, Metal, Max, Andrew, and No themes hear. However, I do respect his reviews, because everyone hears differently. No one is right or wrong. Find a reviewer that hears like you, and go with that. I’ve gotten a lot of disagreement over the Phoenix. I have a lot more expensive phones than the Phoenix, and feel qualified to say that they are great to my ear. Everyone hears differently, so no one is right or wrong. Hopefully, we can enjoy our purchase based on others experience. If not, return it and think about finding a reviewer who hears more like yourself. Ps. I’m a sound engineer, and that doesn’t make my headphone decisions any better than DMS. We’ve all listened to poorly mixed and mastered tracks. Lol!
