I ordered 2 sets of cables and the multi pack at the beginning of the year in custom sleaving. They showed up on time and in perfect condition. A month later I asked if he was able to make a set for my M560, he got back and said he could give it a shot but didn't have anything to test them with. Ended up charging me basically just shipping cost to demo them out, and the worked flawlessly.

(hopefully better now but I won't be doing service with these people again) I asked for a black cable for my sennheiser HD 660 S and HE4XX.. they sent me red.. they told me they would send the correct colors and for me to send them back.. so I sent back the red cables that were supposed to be black and when I received the new ones I was so excited! But they were red again.. what the heck.. this happened three times way before COVID19..
