Usually the ones for home stereo will have a rating of XX watts per channel at X ohms. For instance the SMSL AD18 advertises 80 watts per channel. Try to push that into headphones and you'll end up breaking something.

Another thing I’m trying to understand. How do we tell the difference between an amp/DAC that we can use for home stereo and one that we cannot use for home stereo only headphones .

And of course Zeos has an old review that is top-notch man what would I do without this great library of info

Yeah, I totally understand. I'm in a similar position with my XBOX gaming setup. XBOX wont allow usb mic's so using good Cans for gaming becomes problematic. Thus causing me to use a GD Astro mix amp instead of my THX788.

a sound processor is not an option like you can install in you living room, i need something small.

i already saw the vid, and its true, but i have NO OTHER OPTION in the market to get a 5.1 signal from my computer and TV, and pass it to the amplifiers for front and rear speakers... i can not find anything on the market better than this, that allows me to connect a fiber from TV / USB from PC and deliver the front / rear channels to my sound system in my room ...

I saw half of the review so far and can tell you for certain. The X7 is NOT zeos approved. He pretty much destroys it the entire time. 1st half anyways

Wait a sec. I already have the xd-05.... the wife can already buy me the 909!!!! .... don’t think I stand a chance with or without any of the xduoo amps!!!! Oh well I’ll have to save up the $ myself.

For me too... video unavailable... I got to watch the hd820 and especially the xduoo ta-10 which was extremely interesting!!!! Waiting for Zeos to checkout the ta-20. I’ll get one of the two and wait for wife to buy me the 909.... lol

I get the feeling they tried to make it do all the things for "extreme gamers" and unfortunately, they succeeded.
