2019-01-03 17:06:55 +0000 UTCUSB Audio Player Pro works well the Dragonflys. You can set the steps for volume and run it bit perfect, which completely bipases the phones inards. Yes you can hear the difference. Won't work with Spotify.

2019-01-02 07:43:01 +0000 UTCYou should try out the smsl x4 dac/amp. Its portable and comes with the otg cables. And it's $40 (if you can find it. I don't think they really make it anymore since it uses a wolfson dac and those aren't made anymore. Last I checked it's on Amazon but not sold by smsl). They also have the Idea portable dac/amp which is double the price but still thin and small.
