You will likely also need android file transfer installed. My DX200 works fine on Apple, as do the file formats.

2018-11-19 01:36:55 +0000 UTCMy X5 Gen 3 is a sluggish mess, but it sounds divine. FiiO makes good audio hardware, but their firmware chops are pure amateur hour and their processors have bare minimum specs. I'm looking for a DAP that sounds at least as good as an X5, can drive all but the hardest-to-drive cans, can stream Tidal (and Spotify in case they ever go lossless), has a balanced out, can handle aptX, and has a transport and interface that doesn't make me want to cry. So, Zeos, does the Pioneer compete with the X5 G3 for pure audio goodness?
2018-11-17 18:07:51 +0000 UTCIt will reduce the number of ways you can automate copying the files, but you'll be able to manage. However, I highly recommend divorcing yourself from the proprietary hellhole that is Apple.

2018-11-17 07:33:40 +0000 UTCIf the DAP can play Apple's audio format you should be good to go granted you transfer the Apple music files to your DAP. Search Google on how to do this. I am currently planning on transfering all my old iTunes stuff to my new DAP (the Pioneer) and never using itunes again.
