They wanted like $3000 a month and it was too big a risk to try and get a headphone store put there. I had nothing but a concept. One day I might actually follow through. OR just go back to doing Home Installs. Home Theater and high end Stereo setups are way more fun to install then just review.

With the current YouTube BS I am slightly hesitant to throw $400,000 at a house right now. We aren't at that level on this patreon yet where I never have to worry about not paying my mortgage.
