Nibbles: Status effect indicators

They mentioned finding it difficult to distinguish when a color status effect executes, many thinking the yellow status (skip a tick) is a bug with either my code or browsers freezing up. I agree it was unclear and as a solution I went with implementing an icon indicator which makes it more obvious. The effect can be a little distracting at first, I minimized it to what felt like a good balance.
The status icon will only show for one tick. They also have custom sounds which will be played if no other audio has priority that execution. The frame of the X-ray device will flash in the color of the status executing that frame, in addition you'll see a symbol at the top intended to indicate what that effect does.
