Depends on the state. But if the camera is in plain sight, I believe consent is given if the person doesn't ask to turn off the camera.

It's really a big relief that nowadays the law is a bit more helpful to LGBTQ+ people.
There's still a very long way to go sadly, but still it's good to think that society is (mostly) on our side these days :)
