Added 2020-02-08 19:12:41 +0000 UTCA non-Patreon commission with a huge not to John Bauer and even huger nod to Gallen-Kallela.
It was good to get back - even if only for a while - to wet paper, ink, salt (yes, you can sprinkle wet watercolor or ink with SALT for a really fun texture ;)) and then ironing the paper so it gets un-crumbled.
(Last time I used my Bauer hat was with this Bloodborne piece, btw!)
And now, my beloved Finnish epic!
Really hope to continue this piece into a Kalevala series one day <3
