PATREON TIERS CHANGES

HEY THERE! My current and possible future patrons, this post is for you!

These 7 month since I launched this Patreon were a blast - your continuous support helped me to get through tough summer and release Slavic Nihilism #2, I shot hours of videos for your enjoyment, and on top of that, we did a ton of little commissions together!

Lately I've been thinking about tweaking and adding some things around this Patreon to make it even more exciting for another 7+ month (and juuust a bit more profitable :D) - and with coming comics announcements and releases of 2018-2019, I really hope you'll stay here with me <3 <3 <3.

Now please, read carefully through all the new (and all) tiers on my main page! And I will explain some of the new and old pledging levels below:

• Opossum Lover, Slavic Nihilist and Sequentialist are basically unchanged, except for a couple of nuances:

1) Slavic Nihilism is currently on short between-the-issues hiatus, but I still plan to have a couple of very interesting blog entries about it in September. And in October the webcomic part of the anthology will (hopefully) resume.

2) Our comics library for $5+ plus patrons is big enough already - for example, both issues of Slavic Nihilism will cost you the same $5 by themselves in my Gumroad shop, but that does not include a bunch of other comics, including secret Patreon-exclusive unpublished stories. So I'm probably going to slow down new comics' publication - or maybe even cease it - for a month or so.

• Print Lover is an all-new tier for the people who like merch, little sketches AND cool Russian comic zines. The description is pretty straight-forward, but let me know if you have any questions!

Also remember that there's only 6 slots for this tier.

• But most importantly, as you could see, we now have two different  Trakhanov Aficionado tiers.

1) Tier I - from now on this level will get you a more slow-paces, big commission with flexible contents and half of a year of enjoyment of the rest of the Patreon stuff on top of that ;)

(I used the old $20 tier as a base for this new one, so I need to ask my  veteran patrons to change/cancel their pledges according to their desires. And after some of you will change your pledges, I am going to limit number of slots for this tier from 10 to 7).

2) Tier II - this is quite sad, but faster and smaller single character commissions are now more expensive, and you can't stack them digitally without buying the originals. But once again, the commissions are now more flexible. The first few months of  this Patreon shown me that I was a tad too optimistic about my work schedules and the time/money ratio that will be manageable for these commissions. And with current economics shipping abroad get only more and more expensive :(

(In time, I will also lower the amount of slots for this tier).

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY - If you've been here for a while and still have several months of old pledges not cashed in forms of commissions, we can discuss the possibilities of transforming your accumulated $ in new tier rewards.

• Finally, the new $70 tier called RUSSIAN ROULETTE is pretty straight-forward, too. I do most of my comic pages on A3 paper size, but in the last couple of years I accumulates s decent amount of smaller pages, which are way easier to ship and sell. Something like this:

Phew! I think we're now done with tiers. And the last change (I think?) - I am going to turn in "charge up front" feature. I hope it's better this way?..
