Patron's Choice #2 Result - Badges Win!

Badges have handily won the latest Patron's Choice poll. As a reminder, that means the next major site update will be:
Badges and emoji return! If you're new, badges are kinda like temporary achievements with fun icons that are displayed alongside your username. For example, you might earn a badge for beating 3 games in a row without buying a new one. Emoji will include all site icons, like priorities and badges as well as returning ones like statuses. "Likes" would be a new feature and exactly what you think, liking posts on the Multitap. A fun and easy way to cheer on your friends' accomplishments. Actual terminology TBD.
Also, as the biggest loser, Widescreen support will be heading back to the end of the line to think about what its done.
Next week I'll be taking a break for the holiday, or at least as much of a break as running the site let's me. These last few months have been very chaotic for me personally, even ignoring the wider world. Here's to hoping for a chill and cozy week for each of us, if at all possible. 🍻
I'll be back in the new year with a bug fix update and then on to badges!

dang, majority rules means that I don't think the thing I vote for will ever win these polls, which is true for most people, first-past-the-post voting ruins everything once more ;) I don't have a better solution ofc, gotta pick something somehow
