Life is slowly getting back to normal here and I'm back with the 2nd, and perhaps final, game presentation poll!
This time the preview layouts show several games for each option and use various combinations of icons to give a more realistic sense of what each layout would be like in action. I've also laid out each option side-by-side in the first image so you can easily see how much height they use.
The subsequent images show each option by itself, which might make viewing details easier. You can find my notes on each option below as well as the link to the actual poll for patrons. There's a full-sized image attached below for download as well.

Some of these could use some more polish, so as before try to just look at the general feel of each option.
Option #1 - The Defending Champ: Note Add-on
This option handily won the last poll with 50% of the vote.
The only change I made was to extend the note portion left for a more balanced look.
All options are shown using the large format and priority icons as they seemed to be the clear preference.
Option #2 - Single Row w/ Vertical Icons
A new challenger, this layout puts the game title and icons on the same row and reduces the height accordingly. Game notes are appended below as in option #1.
I enlarged the note font size a bit as some have complained it was too small on the current site. This is also possible with option #1.
Even with the larger note font, this option is a bit shorter overall than #1.
The status medals look a bit smudged at this size and would need to be retouched if this wins.
The vertical icons are very quick and dirty and would be redone if this option wins. Maybe something thinner and the full height of the game, like decorative bands?
Option #3 - The 3rd Line
The runner-up from the last poll with 35% of the vote.
Both the game note and sub-platform font size was bumped up to take advantage of the added height.
Much shorter overall than the first two options thanks to the truncated game note.
Option #4 - Icons by Title
Another new challenger based on a suggestion, it works better than I thought it would.
This is the same height as the current site uses and the shortest option on the poll.
The vertical icons from #2, or some variation on them, could be used here as well.
The poll is live until Oct 23 here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/113636955
