You can do whatever you want with your music, the outros for example are just him having fun. Every song doesn't have to be made for a playlist. The recent trend of short songs, viral hits, one-hit TikTok wonders, etc have kinda k*lled the "album cuts" or songs that aren't singles or too commercial.
