I realized after downloading the patched version that I didn't yet have "dexterity" points filled. The patched version (0.20.9) showed a note at the bottom of screen alerting me to the fact that the dexterity points were lacking. After filling the dexterity and strength bars to full, I ended up beating the boss fight first try. Just wish I had realized this sooner. Full dexterity makes a massive difference to the amount of time you have to enter in all the various arrow keys.

The final boss fight basically makes playing through this game pointless without the cheat on. If you are dyslexic in any way at all, begin the game with the cheat on. The payout just isn't worth bothering to play through it without the cheat on.

Lots of great art and storytelling, creating an epic ending to this storyline 😁 it's sad that the amount of financial support from fans somehow becomes a hate thing or a weird expectation thing. Enjoyed the update, would have preferred it had more h-scenes or if they were made longer, not with scenes, but more dialogue. Liu was very nice, Nadya was also a bit interesting. I liked the scene at the graveyard with MC's dad's tombstone, it would be nice to have the option to visit it and just say how the MC's life is going. The priest's scene was too long. I feel the game has too many minigames, and some are only used once and then forgotten. The music one is too long, the poker one is rather unclear on what is happening, and for the fishing one the lire should move faster. Also, for the pizza delivery one having the best car should automate it. It would be nice to have a pregnancy tracking app on the phone, to check which girls can become pregnant and how many kids you have had with each. I haven't seen the new interaction with Rump. Is it only available immediately after his arrest? Also, he still appears in the background when visiting the church on weekends.

for those trying to get past the Knife fight scenes you need your Dexterity to be 10 with the training. It will help. So if you cannot win the fight then select the option to go back and then do the training. Then when you have 10 score you will have a better chance.

I agree with everything you say. I'm not surprised, it seems that game development is no longer a priority for it and each update has less content than the last. I expected the main story to be the highlight of the game, but the reality is that it was not. the game got repetitive, it's no longer fun and the content new and H is a bit too much. The most stressful part of the game are the minigames, as I hate them they are not fun at all, please understand.

The art is great. The game is one of the best that exist. But there is somethings I would definitely improve. The Hscenes that is the main part os the game don't have the same quality as the scenarios. We see a lot of great and details in the houses, buildings, etc. But I. The sex scenes it looks like soft porn movies, no explicit and in low quantity. If we compare to Jenny or example she got a lot of explicit Hscenes, the content of Jenny is way better(in my opinion) than the whole main story update that took about am year to be completed. The thing is that now we've got 10 super detalistic scenarios with high quality to 1 soft porn scene. I'm not saying that you guys should not put effort in drawing houses and scenarios, what I say is thatthe porn scenes have at least the same quality of the rest of the art of the game. The impression that appears to me is that the Hscenes are the secondary thing. Anyway that's my thought I wish the game become way better than what already is. Peace

I know DC isn't making the game all by himself but we actually don't know exactly how many people are currently working on Summertime Saga so I'd give the man the benefit of the doubt. To make videogames takes an effort you wouldn't believe. Games that release updates more often probably can count on a larger staff or are structured in a different way.

You are overlooking one thing. DC isn't the only one out here making indy game content. There are plenty of other developers on Patreon making similar content that are far more active, and provide monthly (in some cases bi-monthly) updates. They are completing similar length games on less income, and starting sequels. Yet, over here DC is making the remaster of a game that hasn't been finished. It's a great game, but like the character Dianne, it's being milked.

No. This is not the tech update. Strange because it was announced at 0.20.8. I was so happy that the story and new character scenes were coming and now I'm a little disappointed. I hope the next updates come a little faster. 7 months since the last update has been really tough. Well, the game is basically free on the website, but Patreons donate money in the hope that updates will come faster. I hope the next updates will be released sooner. This Update here ended the Main-Story and 2 new sex interests with 5 new scenes.

Final boss fight is literally impossible you get 2 seconds to input what feels like 20 arrow keys and if you make one mistake you have to completely restart. And you have to do it 4 times!
