THe work is too slow and incomplete... if the scene was created in all and put to the game for example the coach then dead end to ship unlocking then no hints at all then there are places but blocked or in alfa mode instead you can not have those places and go onn in the game so people an play more if you are going to create dead ends we might just lose interest... and think of let the game complete first...

There's no storyline, all you do is troll around town unlocking girls/scenes and that's it. The only "end" you can achieve is unlocking all the scenes for all the girls in the jar, otherwise there's nothing much

Cookie jar is in the main menu. You unlock scenes for the cookie jar when you unlock the scenes while playing the game. This way if you just want to see a certain scene you have already unlocked you can just go to the cookie jar.

Now I am even more lost. Haven't even seen a cookie jar yet. LOL. Back to the telescope ... thanks

I am not sure where to ask this, but am new to the game and am enjoying it. However, I am unsure about the completeness of the content. I have completed all of the Mia content and am able to go to her room any night and have anal, but it won't let me progress to the next quest in my locker, which is Judith. Unless you only get a handjob from Judith. Yet again, it won't let let me check all of the boxes in the Mia quest. Can someone please help? Thanks

Your going to vet any custom dialogue, right? If it doesn't fit the character or if it just plain sucks it could ruin the quality of the game.

This game is one of the best I have ever played with the best communities and I am so glad to be a part of it just want to say that and if people want to check a game I find good then check out Horny Henry on Patreon again, I love this game and all you guys in this community.

I don't really care much either way about upfront or after the fact payments, as I'm already paying! I am getting a little chuffed at the lack of rewards for the contribution. Seems to me the only thing I get (at $10USD a month) is access to a discord channel I never go into (as it's full of junk). It would be nice if there was some incentive to keep subscribing. (The subscriber only download link was actually worse than the free one! I ended up using the free link cause it was faster!)

Ummm, I wasn’t pledging to play. Part of the deal cookie put out was, pledge and you will get goodies. I looked at the goodies he offered and I saw an opportunity to help cookie and watch something come to fruition. I like watching people’s ideas grow to something incredible. But alas, I can’t do that, even if I pledge, so how can I watch the game grow when I can’t even load it? It would be silly to vest into something in which you have no idea what it’s progress is. That’s just bad business practices. (I voted to pay in advance, but I guess that’s bad for me since I can’t even play the game! Lol) still, I liked the fact that I was able to help, even if it was just a little, sad to leave, I just don’t have a choice. I hope he finds out who and why his dad was killed. I finally got through at least the teacher content but I know a lot of people weren't that "fortunate". Abandoning so many people is really uncharacteristic of DC, but I can't blame you for wanting to drop the pledge, especially a $20 one at that if you can't even play. You can hover over your profile picture, select "Your Pledges", then select "Edit Pledge" next so SS, and finally there will be a few options on the right, one of them is "Delete Pledge".

Normally I do not "support", and only when a new update comes I press "become a patreon" to "pay" like 5-10$ fore the update.

The timing of my income drops makes front-end paying better.

Upfront payment ensures you get compensated for the product you delivered. Only thing I ask as a pledger is that the creator delivers at leat one updated release for each pledge month. I do like the private download site, that's a nice improvement. You provide ample benefits for nominal pledge amounts and you offer a quality and substantial product. I’m not a fan of the “higher pay, higher vote”, but I like all other ideas. Maybe if it was only a 2 vote instead of a 1 for the higher payers it would be alright, but certainly not 3,4,5, etc. I think the update thing being more accessible is a great idea because it’s hard to tell when things will be completed since we don’t know exactly what is being worked on. The added characters doesn’t seem like a good idea but taking suggestions for storylines and dialogue isn’t bad. Anyway love the game no matter what great work

I like the upfront payment. I support this game, more for the entertainment that it has provided, than anything else. I first saw it in a YouTube video and was supremely intrigued. Since I have downloaded it and like playing it. I really want to see the story develop, and see where it is will be taken. I only started my support in March or February, and would have liked my support to be immediate. Thank you for what you have created, and please keep up the good work.

Changing community input by allowing higher tiers to have more decision power than the rest is, imo, not a good thing. I do not mind the upfront payment, I believe it should be the default option on every patreon. Makes absolutely no sense to allow people to subscribe and gain access to previous content without paying a gate fee and if people drop onto patreon to support content creators they are ALREADY willing to drop some money into those patreons, makes no sense to let them know they will be charged next month.

Not a fan of people's votes having more of an impact just because they chose to donate more money. Feels like such a greed-mode tactic to put that into the tier system. We're all trying to support you in ways we can but people shouldn't have to feel like their vote doesn't even count because they couldn't give you $10/$20 a month. That said I still voted for up-front payments because if someone's going to support you, immediately paying shouldn't be a problem.

Cause people don't immediate get the new game until a few days or week after i think. Summertime saga has been HUGE in the adult game area. one of the few that does well.

My only problem is with some votes counting more than others. It would be unfair to have two people’s vote not count the same solely because one of them has less money. There are other ways to reward higher-paying patrons, as others have pointed out.

I agree. I'm surprised all creators haven't implemented this. Only downside, which Patreon warns, is when pledgers want to join near at the end of the month they'll will be double-billed.

If you mean the links, pretty sure those are caused by a virus. Since I've seen one with my username and profile picture, I'm constantly looking at them and I think DC or someone from the team is deleting them (profiles no longer available) but for some reason, the comments remain.

High supporters should be rewarded somehow (usually Pics and/or custom content). I prefer the poll special since it will not cause delay to game releases due to additional work.

What stops him from running? DC has honor. What else would it be in any responsible person?

I'm glad this is finally being implemented! I just have a couple quick questions: about the high rollers, mainly what level is a high roller? The other question is about the custom dialogue feature, will it be like dialogue packs or versions, or will we literally be typing in their dialogue. I love the game and have been a fan for a while now, and am more than happy to continue being a loyal patron of DC until the end and beyond!

I've seen other Patreon creators doing this, where their pledgers will get the game a week or up to a month in advance before others do. It will always be free. There's no way to prevent our game from being leaked. However, pledging will come with many more rewards now, and will prevent scammers from taking advantage of our lax payment methods.

I think custom dialogue is an awesome reward and a difficult one to implement. Ensuring up front payment for hard work on your part makes sense... Specially since you have such a large deliverable product already available.

Y'know, if scammers are such an issue then sure. I'm on board for a good while longer, unless something drastically changes. A monthly update model would be good, BUT~! Speaking from experience, if you can't deliver on a new build (tech issues or whatever) then you should throw a bone so to speak. Maybe an art preview?

It’s now not worth it to me. I tried downloading the latest version of the game through patreon link, gave it my OS and it gave me the link. I downloaded it, unzipped it, no exe file. Downloaded it 3 times, unzipped it 4 times, same thing. I can’t say I support something I have no access to. I’ve sent messages but all they said was make sure I download the one for Windows. Yeah, I know how to do this have been doing it for some time. I would like to still contribute my 20 each month but... little hard to do that when I can’t even see the results of your work. Can anything be done before I drop out of the patreon partnership?

Even If I released monthly people would still fake-pledge to get the perks and drop off at the end. It doesn't change the issue we're discussing in this post. I do agree about the save files though haha. We are working on that, actually. We hope by 0.17 we'll have save compatible builds. :)

I honestly just want to play the game. I have zero interest in the game development. And if you are not going to deliver a new update every month. People will drop off. And then renew when you do. I am all for up-front pledges. Cheaters should never be rewarded. However, allowing higher tiers to sway votes with a stronger vote is wrong. Some people put money your way and can only afford that. Add other perks and rewards but opinions from all your pledgers should mean the same, regardless of how much they pledge.
