TL;DR: This update fixes all reported v0.5 bugs, including startup crashes for players affected by DX12 issues!

- Added an optional launcher to launch the game in DX12 mode (unstable for now)
- Added an optional launcher to launch the game in Safe Mode (use minimal settings)

I have been thinking about it for a long time and now I did something: I added a Background Option.
