Crit Crusade is a sidescroller roguelike with rpg elements, and of course, with lots and lots of NSFW. In this post we will briefly show you some aspects of this game, including mechanics, character designs, concepts and more.
In short:
Crit Crusade is a roguelike where you have to go trough different biomes, fight with unique bosses and enemies, gather tons of loot, equip yourself with finest gear, interact with various npcs and fight for your life. Simple enough, right?
There will also be tons of features and smaller mechanics, such as... fishing?
You play as a slave, who escaped the captivity and tries to regain his freedom. Using everything to your advantage, from potions and explosives to weapons and magic, you will have to face some of the deadliest (and horniest) creatures.
Movement and abilities:
To get trough all the dangers, your character will use anything to his advantage. You can climb and slide, throw grenades and shurikens, shoot arrows and bolts, use potions and magic,as well as equip anything you find.
Equipment:
So, to get trough the hordes of enemies you have to be well equipped. Crit Crusade has lots of armors and weapons to choose from, as well as belts, rings, necklaces and more.
Enemies:
Enemies are pretty dangerous even in small groups. All of them have unique mechanics, as well as gender variations and tiers.
Environment:
Crit Crusade offers a bunch of locations, each of them having unique designs, as well as mechanics. You can use environment to your advantage by activating deadly mechanisms, climbing places enemies can’t reach, and a lot more.
