She technically had a set of pinups once before, but got turned into a satyr for it, and not even the good type that is horse from the waist down but the why even bother type that's horse from the thighs down. Honestly, part of the appeal of monster girls (and boys) where the crotch (or equivalent region) is non-humanoid is the inhuman genitals. Centaur are also rather tame examples of that seeing as they're just horse genitals, and it's not like horse penises are that out there by the standards of this comic, so what's the problem with horse vaginas? By monster girl standards they're practically vanilla. It's not like I'm arguing that you need to properly locate lamia genitals at the base of the actual tail portion, rather than the snake body portion (though it is the far superior position given the added flexibility for positions granted by having them far down the snake body), nor that they should have a cloaca (which would be more accurate but is more a personal preference kind of thing, though it would come with two clits for the females if properly following snake anatomy).
