You act very human like Kitsune. Vengeance? Seems like your kind are more human that you'd like to admit. Once upon a time humanity was but prey and sometimes even cattle to creatures like you. This was before the written word you see, so we just huddled in our caves close to our fires afraid of the moving rocks with eyes on them, and the birds with faces of men. We called them gods and demons, and we at first got on our knees and begged for salvation. But in time we learned their weaknesses, and we were no longer satisfied with hiding in the shadows. Their numbers dwindled and ours rose. Things became easier when there where less things to fear. We do not intend to hide in fear again you know, the first civilizations where built to protect ourselves from things like you, the walls of Jericho were made to stop things that feasted on men and mimicked the voices of their loved ones. You lot caused this, you turned US into this. Behind all the megalomania and disregard for wildlife once there was a scared ape in a cave trying not to become a meal, a woman villager that wept for the loss of her son that became nothing but wet bones, freshly pealed of their flesh in a Kitsune's kitchen. You made us what we are Kitsune, your ancestors cursed your families' fate long before either of us where even born. Yet for all of this if I am not mistaken Kitsune can and do reproduce with humans. Genetically you are close enough to us. Which practically makes your kind humans from a biologistβs point of view. So tell me Lady Kitsune. What will it be?
