You are right, Yuzhou envisioned this IP and I merely try to make it work in the 13th century Europe in this novel form. Being from Europe myself (and being a bit of a history nerd), I consider myself to have a unique perspective to make this work. Of course I consult him for any mayor decisions but he granted me the freedom to expand upon his already existing lore which I plan to stick close to.
