Locked posts to some patreons

These past few days some patreons informed me that all of my content has been suddenly locked on their end despite being an active pledger for an unknown reason. I have already informed Patreon Support for this matter and hopefully get some answers. Do let me know if some of you have experienced this. Thank you.
