Evil is a STRONG Word...
Added 2016-08-02 21:27:57 +0000 UTC...But certainly, she will come to say, do and think things that could be considered evil, though as of this post she is just 8 years old in the main comic she appears in; 'Buddies in Big Places'. She's already showing signs of being cruel and selfish, but that's not too unusual for a child who is somewhat spoiled and largely unsupervised or being taught that they're awesome and can do whatever they want as long as they're hot and/or rich... Her mother has some very unique ideas of what it takes to succeed... sadly backed up by her own lucky success.
Further evidence of Pepper's troublesome behaviour is portrayed in the future-set canon fan-comic 'Coons' where she and her half-sister are teenagers. These comics are not for children, is all I will say!
Here she is depicted further along in her life, her curves aren't quite as tight as they were but she's still not lost any confidence, and if she's smiling like this, someone is probably about to get hurt...
