The best way for me to relieve the stress is to talk to a friend and just get myself saying out loud whatever is stressing me out. It's always scary for me and I don't want to burden people with my problems, but I always feel so much better after. Like a huge rock have fallen off my shoulders. Also sometimes I like to listen to other peoples problems. It's so easy to drown in my own things and hearing what problems other people have helps to give me back perspective over my own stuff. Seeing other people go through the same feelings helps me organize my own and see the positive sides of my life better. And for regular everyday stuff music, exercising, watching movies etc helps to disconnect for a while and give the mind a needed break.

I like a good story, books, movies, series, if the story is engaging it can make me forget my problems for hours.
