Merchant Tier Update

Also, we noticed many of you guys need render images for selling in your stores. We'll be organizing exclusive renders for merchant tier members.
From November month models, if you are planning to sell our printed figures, you need to opt out for Merchant Tier.
Thank you guys for your continuous support! it really means a lot. We'll keep pushing hard to get awesome models with great renders!

You can still continue and make profit out of our models that are done BEFORE November while staying in $10 tier! We haven’t charged extra commercial fee during that time. ONLY from November 2022 and coming months forward, you need to opt out Merchant tier to sell our latest printed figures. Hope you can do great with your new venture. We’ll be providing our merchants with great models and renders to support you as best as we can with the introduction of Merchant Tier. 2022-11-03 01:58:11 +0000 UTCJust to make sure I'm reading this correctly: If I stay on at the $10 tier, I can still print and sell anything from BEFORE November 2022, but to sell any of the newer models, I need to move up to the Merchant tier? Just covering my bases here, as I am going to a convention tomorrow and have a handful of your prints in my inventory... That said, it's a sizeable jump, and as my business is still new (just started this spring; relying on convention sales as I work on the website), it might price me out for the time being. I'll see what I can swing as I get my feet under me. Until then, please keep up the good work!

2022-11-02 19:55:40 +0000 UTCNearly for 2 years, we never charged a cent extra for commercial fee. We provided commercial fee for free without any additional tier. For basic $10 tier, we have not changed it because of the 3 models. Merchant tier $30 has been introduced only for merchants who’d want to sell printed figure from our STL and use our render images and profit out of it. If you think – it cannot make a profit for sell printed figures, you can continue with $10 tier for personal use without making profit.

2022-11-02 13:15:55 +0000 UTCAs a business owner I understand the need to increase prices to increase production but to just add 1 model (from 2 to 3 per month) you want to have a 300% increase. I am subscribed to over 20 different partons and they all have at minimum 3 models per month with free bonuses all the time and I only pay an average of $10-$18/mo. The cost of your merchant tier compared to the number of your models I sell each month doesn't make it worth it. If you decide to keep this increased price I will have no choice but to cancel my subscription. I believe you are going to be losing a few people with this surprising decision.
