Voting for Chapter 2

To keep the stories uncluttered and keep them available for everyone, I'm making voting for each chapter available in a separate post exclusive to patrons.

Voting will be open for a week, after which I will continue writing, based on the outcome that has the majority votes. In the unlikely event of a tie, I'll try to incorporate aspects of all winning categories into the upcoming story.

Please do read the chapter in question before voting as it does give hints as to what might await each of the options chosen.

In this case, the voting will be for your favourite choice for someone to accompany Andrinius in his journey - either a heliographer (photographer), a Penumbrist (magick user), or an etheri guide (half human expert in bushcraft). You can look up more details for any of these in the Encyclopaedia.

NOTE: this is not going to be a typical CYOA story - so each chapter may be pretty long with various options presented in normal prose that will not be determined by patrons - this will speed up the process and keep voting as something special to determine key points or outcomes in the story, it will also keep the writing process a bit easier for me, rather than having to start and stop for a week while waiting for voting results before carrying on, which will lead to the story taking ages.
