Help me make flags for the Surrach!

I'm calling all my Shaper patrons - all 3 of you :) - for help. I'm working on a less detailed map of the Surrach, that focusses on the banners (flags) of each of the states. I've come up with a bunch over the past few days, but though it might be fun to ask you for help.

You cna pick a few cities, and, using the encyclopaedia entries from here for ideas on the region's flavour, give me ideas for what symbols and devices can appar on the heraldry. Try and pick things that go with the flavour of the ciries and the surrounding regions and ill see if i can base a flag on what you come up with :)

Edit: the text in the attached image is just placeholder text from another map just to get an idea of how many words I can fit in the space before I come up with something (just a generic description of the Surrach and an overview of the regions that are marked in heavy white in this map, which whilst being in the Surrach are politically independant entities
