Update to Great Supporter tier

I had this Great Supporter just as a tier with the same benefits as the previous tier but for people who wanted to support me more.
But since I'm now adding polls, I think it would be fair for those patrons who use Great Supporter tier to get double vote count, meaning their vote will be counted twice.
