My own little black rain cloud...

I just wanted to check in and let you all know that my San Francisco trip has been successful so far. I shot for Belle SF magazine yesterday, I did a photo workshop today, caught up with a few old friends (one of whom is an amazing designer and asked me to photograph some of her stuff!)... more photoshoots .. rinse, lather, repeat.
On the flip side, I'm pretty sure all of my winter travels are cursed. Last month Portland and Seattle's snowstorm, and now I'm up in the bay area and we're having an insane rain storm that is causing flooding and mudslides from SF to Bakersfield. I have a lot of driving to do over the next two days, so wish me luck! I'm pretty sure next year I'm going to just fly to Miami and avoid all other places, lol. Fortunately the weather hasn't effected my work much outside of it being cold, but it seriously feels like I have a special black cloud following me around.
My dog is traveling with me and she HATES the rain SO.MUCH. She shivers uncontrollably like she's dying. However, I've learned that she really loves her little vest, and is more willing to step out when she has to potty if I put it on her... so I think I'll be adding more doggy jackets to my wishlist in the near future in case anyone wants to spoil Bug [side note: my dog's name is Coco, but her nickname is Bug, or Love Bug, or Coconut and on more frustrating days, Butthole].
