WHA.... WHA... WHAAAAAA?!?!

Holy sheeeeeeeeeet.

Happy Monday, gang. Well, we’ve had something weird happen, quite out of the blue. Good weird. Without us doing ANYTHING on there these past six months, due to Digi Level 2 reasons, the main Digi channel has finally hit 17k, putting on over 400 subscribers in the past 28 DAYS, and our Milton Keynes video suddenly soaring to over 22,000 views (and climbing).

Other videos doing well by our previous standards include the Sellafield one and Britain’s Area 51.

We know this is still small potatoes by most channel metrics, but we’ve never had anything like this happen on the Digi Channel before. The fact it’s a video with just Sanja and I, that there are no guests, that there are no video games, and that we had an inkling we were on the right path last year, means all the more to us. Genuinely feel a bit giddy about it.

Suffice to say, this is even more of an incentive to complete those final two Digi Level 2 episodes and get back on the road.

Thanks, as always, for your patience and support. It was you lot believing in Sanja and I that gave us the confidence to change direction, and have faith in it. We REALLY can't wait to get going again.

WHA.... WHA... WHAAAAAA?!?!

I keep hearing this from YouTubing people who end up having life interrupt for a while; there does seem to be something in there where an extended break makes it pick some older videos to give a second chance and push at a new audience. I've seen the same after a hiatus - things get shown to new people and those people subscribe at a surprising rate. More cynical people than me have suggested that it's a deliberate ploy to give you the endorphins and re-engage those who look like they're giving up...

You deserve all the views you get, your videos are more entertaining than most TV shows! It is odd how YouTube suddenly promotes random videos - I only have 215 subscribers, so usually get around half that many views, but one of my videos randomly attracted 10,000 viewers which was bizarre. I was NOT prepared for the influx of comments!
