BONG!

Morning, all.

So… believe it or not… I’m ill again. I hate whingeing about it… but for whatever reason – whether it’s the flu I had resurging, or some new cold – I’m coughing and spluttering, and have had a fever on and off. I’ll give it a few days, and then go to the doc’s. Suffice to say, I’m sick of being ill now.

The short of it is… no Writer’s Club stream tonight sadly, as I want to try and conserve my energy for this weekend’s filming. Hopefully I’ll be functioning by then. Fingers crossed we’ll do it next week instead. 

Rather than anything underlying, I’m assuming I’m just worn down, and it’s my body’s way of trying to get me to take a break. 

I’ve not stopped really since Christmas, and the last month – with my mum going into hospital – has been particularly stressful. She’s still in there, and though she’s better physically, she’s still seeing things and suffering delusions. Nobody seems to know why, and we’ve been fighting with the hospital not to send her home, and instead discharge her into a nursing home. They’re doing their best, but it all comes down to money in the end. We don’t feel she’s safe going back to her house where she’ll be on her own overnight.

Anyway.

Onto other stuff! We’re going to be doing something VERY fun with Cheapshow and Ashens in July. Basically, we’re clubbing together to rent a haunted museum for the night.

It’s a big location, so we’ll scatter to make our own videos/podcasts, then cross over with one another at points. We’re REALLY excited about it. It has felt so long since we properly hung out with anyone else – I’m very much looking forward to seeing Gannon this weekend. And we’re going to be part of Cheapshow’s big live stream thing in early summer, so we’re definitely making up for lost time once we’re out the other side of Digi Level 2. Hopefully we’ll be able to do some live streams of our own this year too. We loved the couple we did last year.

Anyhow. Right. Lemsip, then back to animating. There’ll be a new BYAMPOD tomorrow most likely, and potentially another Let’s Play.
