EARLY ACCESS: BRITAIN'S CHERNOBYL

Hello, you lot.

Well, another week and no BYAMPOD. Sorry. Sanja came down with a foul cold at the end of last week, and I had a migraine on Friday, which wiped me out on Saturday too, after spending the afternoon at the solicitor's sorting out the (hopefully) last bits of my dad's paperwork. And then we had my mum on Sunday.

All the fun! Fingers crossed for this week.

Anyway. Here's the latest Digi; yes, despite last week's being an epic, we're putting out another this week. It's a little shorter, so less of a time-sink.

Please give it a watch. We're both really, really, really proud of this one. It's very different to anything else we've done - the closest we've come is the first half of the recent Wiltshire video - but I love that our new format is flexible enough for us to be able to drop the sillies once in a while.

We've another ep almost finished, but you'll possibly see our too-late-for-Halloween special before that one. We're filming that on Monday and Tuesday.

Then on Saturday next week (November 4th), we're doing a little live show with Cheapshow. Beanus will be there. Very limited numbers of tickets available here.

I have to thank you again for the reception to our out-and-about vids. It seems pretty unanimous across the board that you like them, and the format seems like works for us better than any of the many others we've tried over the years; we learned lessons from doing BYAMPOD.

We've big plans going forwards - some of them budget dependent, admittedly - but we're going to begin mixing smaller videos in with the epics. And we WILL do an old-school live-stream soon, once we have the Cheapshow live crossover out of the way.

awesome videos.

Visited the Sellafield tourist centre back in the 90s, guess that closed down when the power station did? You might have got more action from the geiger counter along the beach strandlines. There's been multiple times nuclear particles have washed up along the nearby beaches, I think even across the sea washing up in Ireland. With the tories promising 20-ish new mini nuclear power stations, more of us will be able to enjoy these somewhere nearby.
