Happy Monday, all.

While I wait for at least one of my laptops to be returned to me, working and intact, and capable of letting me edit video - while remaining stuck sharing Sanja’s faltering and underpowered MacBook - we’re doing what we can to keep moving.

Today we’re off to record another on-location video. Don’t know if it’ll be a Great British Day Out, as it’s something a bit different, but we’ll decide when we get there. More details (and photos) to follow, but this one has taken a fair bit of research. I even read a book, for pity’s sake!

We’ll be back for some more desk videos sooner or later, but we’re really enjoying going out and about at the minute. It has also been nice, after failing to stick to a schedule this year due to time constraints, and having done a lot of collaborations, to get back to it just being the two of us for a little while. We do have some collabs coming up, but we’re keen to sort of just reaffirm the baseline of what Digi is these days, and keep the guests feeling like a special event.

As I said last week, we’ve already recorded another BYAMPOD and Writer’s Club. The latter should be with you tomorrow at the latest. The former… we’re not sure what to do with. We’re considering re-recording it and giving you the episode as it stands as a bonus. Basically, we’re doing a couple of eps on the 2007 ‘reunion’ in Aylesbury, which leads into Fish’s 13th Star album. Unfortunately, after looking deep into the background of the album, and the events that shaped the lyrics, we couldn’t stop ourselves going off on a number of rants that are probably best kept between friends!

Right. That’s it for now. Off to investigate the Illuminati… No. Really.
