He and Sanja taste and rank a number of different piccalillis - the disgusting yellow pickle. It's the content that YouTube was invented for!

2023-02-02 15:33:20 +0000 UTCPurposefully watched this one late, as mrs pyjamas spent the weekend making some kind of cucumber chutney based upon the huge numbers of the buggers currently in our garden, and i knew i wouldnt be able to keep a straight face if id watched this first. Little did i know that Sanja would dismiss cucumber from the allowed ingredients list (shes wrong btw) but it does leave me wondering about the official distinction from a piccalilli and a chutney. My current assertion is that piccalilli can only be yellow - chutney is any old colour.
