2021-10-06 19:33:51 +0000 UTCFour minutes in and I'm already surfacing all the buried rage at how INFURIATINGLY SMUG Teddy Ruxpin was - and possibly still is, assuming he's not a broken bear sitting on the floor of a bedsit surrounded by half-eaten takeaway cartons, sticking story tapes in his back and slurring "I remember the good times" as he swigs from a bottle of off-brand gin. *ahem*. But even at the age of 8 I was dimly aware that going to the pub with Killtron and Smashoid would have been more fun.

2021-10-05 19:16:53 +0000 UTCThis was really interesting episode! I grew up during that era and remember all of these toy and video games fondly (except that horrid ET game). I hadn't realized how Teddy Ruxpin saved Nintendo. The new look is great by the way.
