Pocket-Tactics: Expanded Rules Volume 2
Added 2022-08-16 18:18:30 +0000 UTCAlright, here's a pretty big release for our games supporters (patrons at $10+): volume 2 of the Expanded Rules from the series 3 stuff.
This massive set comes with a ton of new games material. Featuring a lot of the rules variants found in the first volume (just cleaned up and fancified), it also includes lots of new material, including:
- an event counter system to throw some random narrative into your battles.
- full solo rules with a special scenario based around the recently released New Dominion and Mytho-Resistance factions.
- 32 new units/miniatures based on characters from our Wayfarer Multiverse that can be used as mercenaries, sideboard pieces, or in custom force builds.
For those of you who just signed up to a $10+ level this month (or upgraded from a lower pledge level), both sets will still be there in the Games folder when new reward links go out about a week into September. For those at lower pledge levels, this set will be available on our storefront (just as soon as we can figure out a way for the site to accept the file size... it's kind of up there). It will be available on MyMiniFactory in the not-so-distant future as well.

2022-08-17 15:53:54 +0000 UTCSomewhat! The events can have some game-changing effects, and the solo scenario has an effect like that, so it's something that's really easy to homebrew on the fly. But, we do have something more extensive like that which we're saving for a future expansion.
