Last night’s “Pocket-Dungeons” play test

Last night we threw down a test game of the new Pocket-Tactics dungeon crawler. Mostly this was figuring out things like turn sequence and party movement dynamics, but also getting a sense for scale. I wrote the scenario around Fabelzel‘s awesome goblins and the players used Starhat miniatures for their heroes.

The plan is to release the core rules for free at some point in the future, and we’re working on a special scenario for the set in the current Kickstarter campaign.

First off, we'll be dropping a revised edition of the Bog People of the Mirelands set (pictured above). We're updating it to the new rules sheet format, and it's getting some very minor rules adjustments, new terrain tiles, and lots of small alterations to the miniatures, including some added details and quality-of-life changes.
