CRUX: Book of Elves (preview)

Now that the CRUX rules are out in a finished state, all of the RPG/wargaming projects that we’ve been working toward in the past few years are gaining new steam. I thought we’d share a little about one of the smaller projects which we’re working on with a new artist, Pedro Corin: The CRUX Book of Elves.

The book will be a short supplement detailing a bunch of variant elf ancestries, each chock full of lore, new rules material, and story hooks. Pictured above are partial images of the “seasonal elves” (Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter).

Though it’ll be fairly fantasy-centric, some ancestries will tap into other projects, like our New Dominion sci-fi setting and Kingdoms of Hell, but all of it can plug into whatever setting you like. We’re likely going to make this available in print as a reversible book, with elves on one side and a book on dwarves on the reverse (for which Pedro is also making the art).
