Yay for unnecessarily dramatic door animations!

As mentioned last time, this is the manifestation of that simple lock and key idea I had for traversing this particular dream. Nothing too crazy, just find all the switches to unlock the way to the scene character. Additionally, this dreamworld is mechanically and graphically complete, now all it needs is the art for the scene character, or perhaps characters? 

Another thing I added was the game's second outfit which you can find here. It doesn't grant you any new access yet, but it looks super cute. This also led me to standardized the way that you find new outfits. It's always a vending machine now. I want to hear your opinions on this, but I thought it would be good to keep it the same so that no one gets confused about how to find the outfits. Eventually, a player will notice that they keep seeing vending machines in the dream and decide to investigate one, giving them an outfit and leading them towards investigating any they might have missed.

Last thing: I implemented a rental payment/game over system which you will use the new phone item in the apartment for. The game over screen right now is just the default one as a placeholder, but I plan to come back to it and draw a custom one soon. With the addition of the phone, I also added the beginnings of the game's story. On Wednesday of the first week, the phone will ring with a call from a new neighbor. This one call is all there is to this interaction, but as the game versions progress, I plan on adding more to the system and eventually, tie different endings to it.

Next week or so, I should have the scene character/s ready and then it will just be those various sundry additions that I mentioned on the Discord before we are ready for another public release.
