Remember that weird mansion in Gulmouth with the rich family in it that don't really do anything? Thanks to a particular Patron, I got to update that this week into a much more interesting scenario. I actually ended up getting a bit carried away with the scene since I enjoyed making it so much, and as a result, there are 5 possible ways for it to play out!
Her name is Alvina Latrimona, and she is the appointed governor of the coastal town of Gulmouth. Although it is a small settlement, her role is a great one as it is the largest port on the island of Azzark!
This has led to her becoming less tolerant of people below her station and more willing to use her position to act with cruelty towards them, so you'd best be polite when you meet her unless you want a trip down to the cellar!
In other news, next week is GDC, which means I will be in San Francisco for most of the week and will not be making much progress on DOAS, but a tutorial will still be coming out next Sunday.
Finally, I'd like to discuss the future of this project and Patreon with you for a moment. In less than 2 months, I will be graduating from University. Although my living situation will remain mostly the same, my job will not, as it is tied to my being a student.
The question I will be posing to you all soon is whether or not you would be willing to support me on a monthly basis instead of a per-update one. This would allow me to make development of Diary Of A Slave and other spanking-centric games my sole job. What this means for you is MANY more updates. Think every other week instead of every 6 months. I will post a poll soon to get some official numbers on this, but I'd be more than happy to hear what you think about this at any time, just shoot me a message.
Okay, see you in a week!
