Hey all. For this week, I'm showing off the woodcutting portion of daily work. As before, this one will be governed by a skill. This is the reason why all of the trees are giving me rough-hewn wood right now, I'm not skilled enough to harvest wood that hasn't been horribly splintered and ruined by my axe blows.
The three levels of this job go from the tree-chopping pictured, to fashioning the wood into boards to specifications, to actual carpentry with recipes and such. Each of these tiers pays more than the last and the carpentry section is much bigger than the other ones, with crates and barrels at the beginning and wardrobes featuring extensive scrollwork and embellishment at the end.
Theoretically this system could be transplanted into future installments of the game as a way to make money or even possibly city-build.
Most of the other work this week was writing dialogue for spankings and such, which you'll all just have to wait to see later!
