Blackwarren Citizens Done!

Coming in the next couple of days will be the rest of the quest, and then behaviors for the citizens after they are not subject to whatever weirdness they are under when you get there. Think Lovecraft.

She doesn't yet, and that dialogue showing up is due to it not being in yet. Rest assured, it's on my plate for next build.

I ask this because i would sometimes talk to her and she might say "I know I messed up the work schedule but did you have to rat on me?"
